The customer context //

Indeed, their professional experts regularly offer sessions for the Institute’s clients, without having received the relevant training beforehand. For Apside, the goal was to offer a system tailored to this audience, within a limited timeframe linked to their daily workload.

Training course engineering in three stages //

In order to meet the expectations of b<>com, our digital learning experts put together the engineering of the “Essentials of adult training” course in three stages. The theoretical contributions addressed (engineering in three stages and teaching methods) are also put into practice during the training course in order to demonstrate their relevance and effectiveness.
The resultingtailor-made course put forward is composed of the following:
A rapid-learning course (30 min) hosted in a space reserved for the IRT (institute of technological research) bearing its brand on the Apside distance learning platform, provided by myskillcamp, accessible to the five learners during the 15 days preceding the session (mandatory requirement for attending the face-to-face course).
Three half days (12 hours of face-to-face courses in total) of face-to-face training spread over two days with an interval of one day between the second and third half days, so as to be in line with the client’s time and budgetary constraints.
Five individual workshops (5 x 45 min) after the course whose aim is to consolidate the knowledge acquired and review the training course.
In less restrictive circumstances, a remote or face-to-face collective workshop is also integrated into this post-training phase.

Training course leadership //

Our instructors had the pleasure of leading the three half days of the “Essentials of adult training” course in October 2022.In particular, they were able to talk with the five participants, all doctors in their fields of specialisation, about the initial knowledge of training and educational engineering, as well as neuropedagogy and the design of multimedia documents.This active and operational training course includes individual and collective practical workshops and an individual project which is handed in at the end of the face-to-face session during a self assessment.
