Support for the development of the digital training system MAM SPORT SANTÉ
APSIDE is assisting MAM Sport Santé with its development. The company founded by Antoine and Thomas, two osteopaths, offers training and performance management services to companies and elite athletes.

context
In order to communicate its knowledge through educational videos, the organisation based in Le Mans has deployed a website capable of integrating an LMS (learning management system) using a WordPress plugin. However, it was quickly confronted with problems of upgrading the version of this plugin and the limits of the features included. By calling on Academy by Apside, Antoine and Thomas sought advice on existing digital solutions in order to best meet their needs and two significant constraints, i.e. intuitiveness and cost.

At this stage, our Academy by Apside team was made up of two people:a digital learning manager (Michael) and an educational engineer (Camille). After a first phase involving the analysis of the existing situation and discussions, and a second phase involving the study of suitable solutions, the team finally offered to support MAM from its initial site to the transition to the LXP (Learning Experience Platform) chosen by Antoine and Thomas.

The support of our team will therefore begin with a consulting phase that will tend towards the implementation of a real LXP. This decision was recommended for the following attributes in particular:it means that MAM’s customers can be offered a much more attractive interface, they can simplify the administration of the courses and users, and they can facilitate the creation of training courses while enabling the content to be reused. What’s more, MAM Sport Santé also relied on the Academy by Apside team to help with the migration of their content to the LXP, for improving the educational design of the videos and for restructuring the training course. Finally, thanks to the expert digital learning team, Antoine and Thomas were initially able to unburden themselves of the administration of the platform’s training space and then, secondly, receive support in transitioning to working autonomously.

Training content related to quality of life at work is now deployed and accessible in a dedicated space on our platform provided by myskillcamp. At the end of this structuring and migration project, the Academy by Apside will have deployed comprehensive support for MAM that can be broken down into the following major steps:
- Workshop to list the needs and constraints;
- Workshop to present the digitalisation solutions
- Training in the process of creating an e-learning course and supporting the completion of an initial course
- Creation of the course space on our LXP
- Data migration and publishing
The MAM Sport Santé team is now able to offer its clients a space totally suited to improving their skills, and Antoine and Thomas are particularly pleased with this support.
