In order to strengthen our team and to accelerate our progression in the Belgian branch, we are looking for a dynamic person who is passionate about recruitment and human resources. If you recognize yourself in this description, this position is for you!
➔ Recruiting :
- Proactively search for candidates.
- Facilitate Sales/ recruitment meeting to know the needs and the candidates in the pipe.
- Write Job Descriptions based on information provided by Sales department.
- Publish open jobs on the career page and job boards
- Pre-qualify by phone, interview candidates
- Provide feedback to candidates
- Write, send and explain salary proposals to candidates
- Formatting Apside resumes
- Complete all information in the ATS
- Participate in the recruitment strategy:
- Build a solid path for candidates
- Innovate in recruitment methods
- Analyze and report recruitment data
- Ensure a great candidate experience and improve it
- Write templates as part of the recruitment process
- Ensure the respect and quality of the recruitment process
➔ Communication & Employer Branding
- Feed the social networks
➔ Event
- Organize HR events
- Organize Recruitment events
- Organize Tech Meeting (knowledge transfer party)
➔ Legal
- Transmit the necessary information to the HR Senior for the drafting of employee contracts
- Keep up to date with new legislation
➔ Admin
- Transmit the necessary information to the HR Senior for the management of the complete employee cycle from entry to exit
➔ Learning & Development
- Understand training and development needs
- Conduct annual interviews with employees with sales (in collaboration with HR senior)
- Monitor employee training needs (organization, subsidies, follow-up)
➔ Strategy & processes
- Adapt the company’s objectives to the HR department
- Define HR processes
- Monitor and optimize HR processes
Personal Skills
- Ability to communicate in French (spoken) and English (spoken and written), Dutch (spoken) is an asset
- Proven Experience in a similar position
- Good communication skills and proactive
- Ability to learn a complex business model
